Coach Zac Pasko’s vision for Jump Lacrosse is built around growth. His focus is on helping players develop as athletes, students, teammates, leaders, and people through a structured, player-first environment led by experienced coaches who care about passing the game forward.

Coach Zac Pasko helped create Jump Lacrosse with one simple goal in mind: growth. For Zac, player development does not stop at stick skills, IQ, or performance on the field. It includes growth as a person, growth in the classroom, growth in the community, and growth as a leader. Jump is designed to give players and families a complete youth lacrosse experience, built around structure, confidence, accountability, and long-term development. Zac believes players grow best when they are surrounded by coaches who are prepared, experienced, and passionate about what they teach. At Jump, that means creating an environment where athletes can build confidence in their abilities while learning lessons they can carry with them well beyond lacrosse. His goal is to help grow the game in South Florida and pass down knowledge to the next generation of players. Through strong coaching, clear standards, and a commitment to player-first development, Zac wants Jump to be a program where athletes improve, compete, and learn how to become better teammates and leaders.
